STORE POLICIES

I hope you love your purchase but if for any reason it's not for you, I accept returns within 7 days.  Buyer is responsible for shipping.  Once the product is returned and inspected a refund will be applied.

I provide a 30 day guarantee on all jewelry.  If something breaks due to a quality control issue, I will happily offer a repair or exchange free of charge.  If something breaks due to human error (real life examples- puppy chewing it, toddler chewing it, dropping it onto tile floor, wearing to the "club" and breaking the chain from your sweet but rowdy dance moves, being drunk and forgetting you put the jewelry in the bottom of your purse...for a month, etc) I will still happily offer a repair at a low cost fee.

Items ship out 5-7 days from purchase.  I am not responsible for any items once they have been scanned by USPS.  If you would like insurance please contact me.
